Howdy, Folks!
With Halloween just days away and some of us already shopping for Christmas, fall seems to be flying by. Savor the moment with hearty soups (Butternut Squash, Potato-Broccoli) and warm desserts (like super-easy Raspberry Brown Sugar Gratin) made from this week’s festive fare:
*apple cider
*radishes
*raspberries
*lettuce
*butternut squash
*potatoes
*broccoli
*turnips (Family shares only)
For those who missed out on MUMS or LONG ISLAND CHEESECAKE PUMPKINS, we bought some more and will be bringing them to your pickup locations this week. Send us an email if you would like us to reserve some for you.
A la carte:
*mums
*gourds
*eggplant
*bok choy
*snack peppers
*flamingo peppers
*October beans (shelling type)
*Green Zebra tomatoes
*Long Island Cheesecake pumpkins
*cauliflower
*apples
*cabbage
*English walnuts

| … are finally available online! Click here to order your Thanksgiving bird; we have about 75 available. The turkeys are $4.50/lb. and most of them weigh between 12 and 15 lbs., so we are asking for a deposit of $60. There is a limited amount of larger birds (17-20 lbs.), so let us know if you would prefer a bigger size. If you would like to use your ALC credit to order a bird, please call or email the office. |
| The office is closed for the entire week of Thanksgiving, so there will be no deliveries on November 24, 25 or 27.
Week 32, the week before Thanksgiving, is a Single share week and Week 33, the week after Thanksgiving, will also be a Single share week. For more information, check out our Delivery Calendar. |
| We have several one-time goat cheese shares available. Click here to order one for pickup next week. |
| Unfortunately, the basil got hit by the frost last week and died, so we do not have any available. |
